Jungian Psychotherapy
This is a long-term, intensive journey and usually a patient attends more than once a week. It
therefore requires a significant commitment on both sides and of course a considerable financial outlay.
Its purpose is a process that Jung called ‘individuation’ which involves bringing to the surface of life,
treasures from the depths. It deepens and enlarges a person and confronting dark and painful areas of the
self is an important part of the work. This strengthens the foundations of the personality and leads
towards a generative and creative outcome. I recommend it for those who are searching and sense that the
unseen mysteries of life have much to offer.
